All entities entrusted with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate security measures and the security of personal data required by law.

In connection with the use of the MailChimp system, personal data are transferred to a third country, i.e. to the United States of America (USA), because the data processed as part of the system are stored on servers located in the USA. Do not be afraid, the MailChimp system provider joined Privacy Shield, which means that it guarantees an adequate level of protection and security of personal data required by European regulations.

If in connection with the order placed I issue an invoice to you, then for this purpose I process your data to the extent necessary to issue an invoice. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfillment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation, and as a result your data will naturally be processed as part of this documentation for the period required by law.

Returns and complaints.
If you withdraw from the contract or submit a complaint, you provide me with the data contained therein, and I process this data in order to implement the procedure of withdrawal from the contract or complaint procedure. The legal basis for the processing of your data is in this case fulfillment of my legal obligations related to the complaint procedure.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you provide me with your personal data in the field of e-mail address. In addition, in the MailChimp system is recorded the IP address, with the use of which you subscribed to the newsletter.
